Job summary

JLL in Houston, TX seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead national and global client portfolios, directing a dispersed PM team. You will drive exceptional client service, meet financial targets, and act as a trusted advisor in real estate project delivery.

You will develop project delivery strategies, oversee programs across tenant improvements, security upgrades and facility maintenance, and build relationships with executives to improve speed and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in real estate project management leadership.
Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, construction methods, and project lifecycle management.
Experience with budgeting, scheduling, change orders, and variance reporting.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives with client goals and develop pursuit strategies.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple construction projects valued between $5-10M.
Manage all aspects of small to mid-size ground-up projects including programming, design, entitlements, bidding, permitting, and construction management.
Engage with cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes and deliver innovative solutions.
Provide on-site supervision and interface with executives, contractors, and vendors to ensure performance criteria are met.
Mentor and guide project managers to foster professional growth across dispersed teams.
Develop and validate budgets for yearly and multi-year capital plans.
