Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 4-6 years of project management experience, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Proficiency in project management software and strong PM knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to create clear reporting for stakeholders and lead project teams.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from inception to completion within timelines and budgets.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Lead and motivate project support teams.
• Develop and monitor comprehensive project plans and risk mitigations.
• Track finances, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Implement robust quality controls to meet client expectations.
• Identify improvements and drive continuous project-management practices.
