• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong executive presence and written/verbal communication at senior levels
• Proven success owning enterprise-level programs from strategy through execution
• Experience with IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems programs
• Autonomous, structured thinker who can manage ambiguity
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping and scoping through execution and measurable outcomes
• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with executive sponsors and senior leaders
• Surface dependencies, resolve conflicts, and align teams toward shared goals
• Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and hold stakeholders accountable
• Collaborate with GBO teammates and other business units to plan and govern programs
