Job summary

Tomorrow.io is seeking a hands-on Program Delivery professional to own end-to-end U.S. government programs, including contract kickoff, POC execution, deployment, and ongoing support.

You will translate contracts into executable plans, manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk across multiple agencies. You will personally own delivery, coordinate with Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Business Development, and travel within the United States as programs require.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on program or project management delivering complex technical programs for or with U.S. government customers.
• Direct experience working with U.S. government agencies, ideally at the federal level.
• Track record of personally owning and delivering programs end to end without extensive institutional support.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent programs across different agencies, contracts, and compliance environments.
• Strong cross-functional influence with Engineering, Science, Legal, Product, and Finance.
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel within the United States; on-site presence when needed.
• Eligibility for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full lifecycle of U.S. government programs, including kickoff, solution delivery, POC, deployment, and support.
• Translate signed contracts and statements of work into executable program plans with milestones and accountability.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, contractual commitments, and technical risk across multiple programs.
• Ensure all deliverables and compliance artifacts are completed accurately and on time.
