Job summary

Tomorrow.io is seeking a hands-on Program Manager to lead international government programs from kickoff through deployment and ongoing support. You will align Legal, Finance, Product, Science, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure clear requirements, timelines, and accountability across multiple countries and regulatory environments.

You will own pre-sale engagements with Business Development, validate POC scopes, and navigate international procurement with confidence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on program or project management experience delivering complex technical programs for international government customers.
• Direct experience with government agencies outside the United States (e.g., meteorological services, defense ministries, civil aviation authorities).
• Track record of delivering end-to-end programs without extensive institutional support.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full lifecycle of international government programs: kickoff, delivery, POC, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Translate signed contracts into executable program plans with milestones and ownership.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and technical risk across multiple concurrent programs.
• Ensure all deliverables, documentation, reporting, invoicing, and compliance artifacts are completed on time.
