• 4–7 years of program management, operations, or enablement in a high-growth tech or professional services environment.
• Ability to design and deliver cross-functional programs from concept to execution.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to influence across a distributed org.
• Experience with change management, process design, and scaling in fast-paced settings.
• Comfort with ambiguity and bias toward action to build structure and iterate.
• Familiarity with GTM, legal tech, or AI products is a strong plus.

• Design and execute end-to-end programs that support the Legal Engineering team's operating rhythm.
