Job summary

Corning Inc. is seeking a Program Specialist to support National Accounts through project coordination, order management, and cross-functional execution. You will track activity, coordinate priorities, manage changes, and ensure successful delivery across assigned accounts.

You will partner with National Account Managers and internal teams, using Salesforce and Microsoft Office, participate in calls, maintain documentation, and help align milestones.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required or higher.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage projects for National Accounts.
• Provide global tracking and coordination across assigned accounts.
• Manage orders, expedites, and related project activities.
• Collaborate with Product Line Management, plant teams, Customer Operations, Supply Chain and other internal teams.
• Participate in customer calls and internal meetings to align actions.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support National Account Managers in issue resolution and customer relations.
