Qualifications

• ERP systems and Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience in program coordination, customer operations, and sales support.
• Experience handling complex customer accounts or large projects.
• Ability to coordinate across plants and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Program Specialist supporting National Accounts with coordination and execution.
• Provide global tracking and coordination to ensure consistent delivery.
• Manage orders, expedit es and related project activities.
• Partner with Product Line Management, plant teams, and other internal groups.
• Participate in customer calls and internal meetings for alignment and follow-up.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and timely communications.
• Collaborate with National Account Managers using Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint; travel as required.
