Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a Program Manager to lead the AFCAP VI program, acting as the official interface with the Contracting Officer and Government PM. You will direct a globally dispersed PMO, oversee TOs, and ensure contract compliance, quality, and performance across all tasks.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, a current SECRET clearance, and the ability to travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance (verifiable).
• 5 years of program management experience within the last 7 years, with expertise across government appropriations, Air Force Mission Support, construction, services and commodities, and government acquisitions.
• Experience managing multiple task orders >$2M each in geographically dispersed locations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead and coach a dispersed team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the contract-level key person of record and maintain the PMO for AFCAP VI.
• Establish and staff the PMO with designated contacts and managers for 24-hour operations.
• Manage multiple TOs across dispersed sites and oversee Site Managers and Alternate Site Managers.
• Liaise with the AFCAP CO and Government PM, submit plans and personnel updates within required timelines.
• Ensure timely, accurate fulfillment of contractual requirements, data collection, and performance reporting.
• Ensure program-wide compliance with DoD regulations and host country laws.
• Develop and deliver briefings to senior leadership and US Government representatives.
• Provide leadership, training, and development to foster high performance and continuous improvement.
• Support proposal responses and maintain readiness for quick-response efforts.
