Job summary

SOSi is seeking an experienced Alternate Program Manager to lead the Air Force Contract Augmentation (AFCAP) VI program, operating globally from Reston, VA or Panama City, FL. You will supervise task orders valued over $400K and coordinate across Engineering, Construction, Services, and Commodities to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, 2+ years of PM experience, and expertise in government funding and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
• 2+ years of program management experience in the last 7 years.
• Experience with government appropriations, funding, and acquisitions processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in planning, execution, and oversight of multiple government task orders.
• Coordinate task-order activities across Engineering, Construction, Services, and Commodities.
• Monitor performance, schedules, staffing, deliverables, and customer requirements.
• Prepare program status reports, briefings, and customer deliverables.
• Assist with contract transitions, modifications, and proposals.
