Job summary

Acuity International is seeking an Alternate Program Manager (APM) to support the AFCAP VI contract across multiple locations. The APM will act with full authority in the PM’s absence, directing program activities and ensuring 24-hour responsiveness to government requirements.

The role requires a current SECRET clearance, PM experience in government-related programs, and the ability to lead a team while coordinating with government and site management.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance (verifiable).
• 2 years of program management experience within the last 7 years in Government or related fields.
• Ability to lead, coach and supervise a team.
• Willingness to sign a Letter of Intent committing to the role upon contract award and provide supporting documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contract-level key person of record for AFCAP VI with full authority in the absence of the PM.
• Direct program activities and oversee multiple task orders across dispersed locations.
• Maintain AFCAP Management Plan and related staffing, QC, procurement, and security plans.
• Coordinate with Site Managers and Government teams; prepare executive reports and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with DoD and host country regulations and company policies.
• Support briefings to senior leadership and Government representatives; promote continuous improvement.
