Qualifications

• Five years of program management experience within the last seven years.
• Demonstrated expertise in Government appropriations and acquisition processes.
• Experience supporting U.S. Air Force Mission Support functions (Engineering and Force Support).
• Experience managing construction, services, and commodities.
• Proven experience managing multiple simultaneous task orders valued >$2M each across dispersed locations.
• Willingness to travel domestically/internationally and deploy; 24/7 readiness.
• Ability to sign LOI contingent upon contract award and commit to 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead AFCAP VI PMO with personnel, subcontractors, site managers, and supporting functions.
• Direct multiple task orders involving engineering, construction, services, commodities and contingency support.
• Serve as liaison with Government Contracting Officer and AFCAP PMT.
• Develop and maintain AFCAP Management Plan and supporting plans.
• Oversee deliverables, reporting, schedules, budgets, metrics, and compliance.
• Lead task order proposals, operational planning, mobilization and deployment.
