Acuity International is seeking an Alternate Program Manager (APM) to support the AFCAP VI contract across dispersed locations. You will operate with full authority in the PM’s absence, help direct the PMO, and ensure 24-hour responsiveness to government needs.

The role requires active SECRET clearance, 2+ years in PM, and experience with multi-task orders over $400K. Travel to CONUS/OCONUS sites may be required; leadership and compliance are essential.

Formación

• Active SECRET clearance verifiable.
• 2 years of program management experience within the last 7 years.
• Experience in government appropriations, engineering/construction/services/commodities, and government acquisitions.
• Management of multiple task orders greater than $400K.
• Willingness to sign a Letter of Intent and provide supporting documentation.
• Proven verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills including leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Act on behalf of the Program Manager in their absence, with authority to make decisions and direct program activities.
• Assist in maintaining the AFCAP Management Plan (CDRL A001) and its component plans (staffing, quality control, procurement, subcontract management, safety, security, property control, contingency, CTIP).
• Support oversight of multiple task orders across dispersed locations, coordinating with Site Managers and Alternate Site Managers.
• Engage with AFCAP Contracting Officer and Government PM Team; assist in plan updates and key personnel notifications.
• Assist in preparing executive reports, CDRLs, and performance reporting requirements.
• Ensure personnel comply with the Joint Ethics Regulation and all laws/regulations.
• Support briefings/presentations to senior leadership and Government representatives.
• Provide leadership, training, and development to foster continuous improvement.
