Job summary

Acuity International is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to support the Program Manager in the AFCAP VI basic contract, directing PMO activities across dispersed locations and ensuring 24-hour responsiveness to Government requirements.

The role requires an active SECRET clearance, 2+ years of program management experience, and the ability to lead teams, manage multiple task orders over $400K, and liaise with Government and site leadership while adhering to DoD regulations.

Qualifications

• Current, active SECRET security clearance.
• Two (2) years of program management experience within the last seven (7) years, with demonstrated expertise in government programs and management of task orders.
• Experience with government appropriations, engineering/construction/services/commodities, government acquisitions, and managing multiple task orders over $400K.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a contract-level key person of record and act on behalf of the Program Manager in their absence.
• Coordinate cross-location PMO activities and maintain 24-hour responsiveness to government requirements.
• Prepare executive reports, CDRLs, and performance reporting; ensure compliance with applicable laws and DoD regulations.
• Provide leadership, training, and development to foster high performance.
