Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a Program Manager to lead the AFCAP VI contract portfolio. The PMO will coordinate globally, manage multiple TOs, and ensure 24-hour readiness across contract, deployment, and security functions.

The role requires a current SECRET clearance, 5+ years of PM experience, and proven ability to lead dispersed teams while maintaining contract compliance and high performance.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance (verifiable) required.
• 5+ years of program management experience within the last 7 years.
• Experience with government appropriations and acquisitions.
• Ability to manage multiple TOs > $2M in dispersed locations.
• Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO and interface with AFCAP CO and government PM.
• Ensure 24-hour responsiveness across contract, deployment, and security management.
• Develop and maintain AFCAP Management Plan and related plans.
• Deliver briefings to senior leadership and government representatives.
• Provide leadership to foster safety and high performance across sites.
