Job summary

Relativity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Global Business Operations team. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives and act as the connective tissue between sponsors, GBO, IT, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders.

You will shape strategy, translate it into clear plans, and drive outcomes with senior leaders, using influence rather than authority. This hybrid/remote role involves building integrated roadmaps and delivering governance across complex programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong executive presence and exceptional communication.
• Proven success owning enterprise-level programs from strategy through execution.
• Experience with IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems.
• Autonomy to make decisions and bring structure to ambiguity.
• Experience with governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping to execution with measurable outcomes.
• Define program strategy, success metrics, and priorities with executive sponsors.
• Surface dependencies, resolve conflicts, and align teams toward goals.
• Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Partner with GBO and other business units; build integrated roadmaps.
• Identify risks, tradeoffs, and drive decisions to resolution.
• Run governance, steering committees, and escalation paths.
• Deliver concise, decision-oriented updates to executives.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and continuously improve program delivery.
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
