Job summary

Relativity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Global Business Operations team in the United States. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, translate strategy into clear plans, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

You will connect executive sponsors, GBO teammates, and partners across IT, Finance, Legal, and the broader business, shaping roadmaps, governance, and risk management while operating with limited formal authority.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong executive presence with clear written and verbal communication
• Proven track record owning enterprise-level programs from strategy through execution

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping through execution with measurable outcomes
• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with executive sponsors
• Act as connective tissue across teams, surfacing dependencies and resolving conflicts
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority, building trust and accountability
• Partner with GBO teammates and other business units and stakeholders
• Build integrated roadmaps aligning scope, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and resources
• Identify risks early and drive decisions to resolution
• Run governance with steering committees and escalation paths
• Communicate updates to senior and executive leadership
• Bring structure to ambiguity and improve program delivery across GBO
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed
