Job summary

Relativity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Global Business Operations team. You will drive enterprise-wide programs, translating strategy into clear plans and delivering outcomes with senior stakeholders.

In this hybrid/remote role, you will manage dependencies across IT, Finance, Legal, and business units, bringing structure to ambiguity and influencing without formal authority across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs.
• Ability to lead without authority and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence with credible communication at senior levels.
• Experience with IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping and scoping through execution and measurable outcomes.
• Help define program strategy, success measures, and priorities alongside executive sponsors and senior leaders.
• Act as the connective tissue across teams, surfacing dependencies, resolving conflicts, and keeping everyone aligned.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, building trust and accountability.
• Partner with GBO teammates and serve as a trusted partner to other business units.
• Build integrated roadmaps and plans that align scope, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
• Identify risks early, recommend tradeoffs, and drive decisions to resolution.
• Run governance with steering committees, decision logs, and escalation paths.
• Communicate with executive presence, delivering concise, decision-oriented updates to senior leadership.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and improve program delivery across GBO.
• Ad hoc responsibilities, as needed.
