Job summary

Relativity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Global Business Operations team. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, shape strategy, translate plans, and keep moving parts aligned toward shared outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with executive sponsors, GBO teammates, IT, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders, influencing without direct authority and operating with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or strategic initiatives
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority
• Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication
• Proven track record owning enterprise-level programs from strategy through execution
• Experience with IT, enterprise systems, or financial systems

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs from shaping and scoping through execution and measurable outcomes
• Define program strategy, success measures, and priorities with executive sponsors and leaders
• Surface dependencies, resolve conflicts, and align teams toward shared goals
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and hold peers accountable
• Partner with GBO teammates and other business units as a trusted advisor
• Build integrated roadmaps aligning scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
• Identify risks, tradeoffs, and drive decisions to resolve competing priorities
• Run governance with steering committees, decision logs, and escalation paths
• Communicate with executive presence, delivering concise updates to leadership
• Bring structure to ambiguity and improve program delivery across GBO
• Ad hoc responsibilities as needed
