Position Summary

Insight Global Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the delivery of programs across infrastructure, data center, networking, deployment services, and technical operations initiatives. This individual will serve as the primary delivery leader responsible for successful execution, client satisfaction, financial performance, and operational excellence.

The Senior Program Manager will work closely with Sales teams, Delivery Directors, recruiters, and client stakeholders to drive program execution, identify growth opportunities, manage risk, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to established quality expectations. The role requires a strong blend of program leadership, client relationship management, financial oversight, and operational execution within complex enterprise environments.

Primary Responsibilities

Program Delivery Leadership

• Lead multiple concurrent programs and projects from initiation through closure.
• Develop and manage program roadmaps, schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource plans.
• Drive execution across infrastructure, deployment, data center, network, and technical operations initiatives.
• Establish governance structures, status reporting, executive communications, and program reviews.
• Ensure project outcomes align with contractual, operational, and customer expectations.

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary delivery contact for program stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with client leaders and operational teams.
• Facilitate executive steering committee meetings, business reviews, and delivery governance forums.
• Manage escalations and communicate resolution plans clearly and promptly.
• Identify risks, issues, and mitigation strategies before they affect delivery.

Sales and Business Partnership

• Partner with Account Executives and Sales Directors to support account growth.
• Participate in client presentations, solution reviews, and opportunity pursuit activities.
• Assist with Statements of Work, proposals, pricing discussions, and delivery planning.
• Identify expansion opportunities through strong program execution.
• Support renewal and growth conversations with stakeholders.

Financial and Operational Management

• Own program financials, including revenue forecasting, margin performance, utilization, and resource planning.
• Monitor project budgets, burn rates, staffing plans, and overall financial health.
• Drive delivery toward established profitability targets.
• Lead resource forecasting and workforce planning with delivery leadership and recruiting.
• Provide leadership and oversight for Program Managers, Project Managers, Coordinators, and technical delivery teams.
• Coach project leaders on delivery practices, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and execution excellence.
• Collaborate with recruiting and resource management teams to build and scale delivery organizations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Delivery Excellence

• Implement repeatable delivery processes, standards, reporting, and governance frameworks.
• Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Use project management methodologies and best practices to improve execution consistency.
• Capture lessons learned and operational insights to strengthen future programs.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years leading large-scale enterprise client programs.
