Job summary

Meta is hiring a senior Program Management Manager to lead Fleet Health, Reliability, and Central Engineering program management within FORCE. You will oversee a multi-team org delivering data center operations tooling and multi-year NPIs, aligning with IDC and Infra long-range plans.

You will own OKRs, headcount planning, budgets, and cross-functional leadership with engineering, operations, and finance, across US/EMEA locations, driving scalable, AI-enabled processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems engineering, electrical engineering, MIS, or related field or commensurate technical experience
  • 10+ years of experience in technical or product program management delivering value through technology solutions in high-tech operations
  • 4+ years of people management experience, including managing managers or leading a multi-team organization
  • Demonstrated ownership of a multi-year strategy or portfolio, including prioritization and trade-off decisions under resource constraint
  • Experience influencing and negotiating with executive cross-functional leadership across engineering and operations
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with judgment under ambiguity and pressure
  • Experience communicating portfolio status, technical trade-offs, and strategic recommendations to both engineering teams and executives
  • Experience driving process re-engineering and standards adoption across multiple teams and geographies

Responsibilities

  • Organizational leadership across a multi-team organization
  • Build, lead, and develop a multi-team organization, managing both frontline managers/TLMs and senior individual contributors
  • Own hiring, onboarding, performance management, calibration, and career development across the org
  • Define team structure, charters, and role scoping as the portfolio evolves
  • Drive clarity on ownership across pods and adjacent teams
  • Set and sustain the org's operating norms, planning cadence, and decision-making forums
  • Strategy and portfolio ownership: own multi-year tooling strategy and roadmap
  • Own annual and quarterly OKRs, prioritization, and trade-off decisions across a portfolio of simultaneous programs
  • Own headcount planning, budget, and capacity allocation for the org
  • Partner with Workforce Strategy and Finance on headcount planning and forecasting
  • Establish the metrics and KPI framework that defines tooling success
  • Execution through the team
  • Hold the org accountable for tooling integration across EVT, DVT, PVT, and MP hardware development phases
  • Ensure phase exit criteria, dependency mapping, and validation gates are defined and improved
  • Govern the roll-out of new systems and major enhancements
  • Own the risk posture for the portfolio and drive durable fixes
  • Sponsor business process re-engineering at fleet scale
  • Cross-functional influence across hardware TPM, production engineering, software engineering, DC Ops
  • Represent the org in IDC- and Infra decision forums
  • Negotiate scope, dependencies, and shared roadmaps with peer orgs
  • Translate strategy into requirements for engineering partners and communicate status to executives
  • Partner across geographies to deliver globally consistent tooling
