Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced people leader to head program management within the FORCE organization. You will lead a multi-team group of program managers and frontline managers, owning the tooling portfolio that supports global provisioning and 24x7 fleet operations.

You will define the multi-year strategy for data-center tooling, set OKRs, manage headcount and budgets, and collaborate with executive leadership across engineering and operations to deliver high-impact programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, systems engineering, electrical engineering, MIS, or related field or commensurate technical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in technical or product program management delivering business value through technology solutions in high-tech operations.
• 4+ years of people management experience, including managing managers or leading a multi-team organization.
• Demonstrated ownership of a multi-year strategy or portfolio with prioritization and trade-offs under resource constraints.
• Experience influencing executive cross-functional leadership across engineering and operations.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills under ambiguity and pressure.
• Experience communicating portfolio status and trade-offs to engineers and executives.
• Experience driving process re-engineering and standards adoption across multiple teams and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-team organization of program managers and frontline managers.
• Own the multi-year tooling strategy and roadmap for data center operations tooling.
• Set OKRs, prioritization, and trade-off decisions across a portfolio of programs.
• Own headcount planning, budget, and capacity allocation for the org.
• Partner with Workforce Strategy and Finance on headcount forecasting.
• Define team structure, charters, and role scoping as programs evolve.
• Represent the org in IDC- and Infra-wide decision forums.
• Translate operational strategy into engineering requirements and communicate status to executives.
