Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced people leader to head program management within FORCE, overseeing a multi-team group of program managers and frontline managers. You will drive the tooling portfolio for global provisioning, deployment, and fleet operations, owning multi-year NPI strategy and cross‑functional collaboration across IDC and Infra leadership forums.

You will set operating models, lead headcount planning and budgeting, and ensure a measurable KPI framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate technical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in technical or product program management.
• 4+ years of people management experience.
• Experience influencing executive cross-functional leadership and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-team organization of program managers and frontline managers.
• Own hiring, onboarding, performance management, calibration and career development.
• Define team structure, charters and role scoping as the portfolio evolves.
• Own the multi-year tooling strategy and roadmap for data center operations tooling.
• Own annual and quarterly OKRs, prioritization, and trade-off decisions across a portfolio of programs.
• Sponsor business process re-engineering at fleet scale to scale solutions.
