Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced people leader to head program management within the FORCE organization. You will lead a multi-team fleet tooling portfolio supporting global provisioning and 24x7 operations, setting the operating model and driving scalable outcomes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders across Hardware TPM, software engineering, and Infra leadership to align strategy, budgets, and OKRs, while advancing AI-enabled improvements at scale.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, EE, MIS, or related field.
10+ years in program management with a track record of delivering value through technology in high-tech operations.
4+ years leading a multi-team organization or managing managers.
Experience owning multi-year strategy/portfolio with prioritization under resource constraints.
Experience influencing executive leadership across engineering and operations.

Responsibilities

Lead a multi-team program management org overseeing the tooling portfolio for global provisioning and 24x7 fleet operations.
Own multi-year tooling strategy and roadmap for data center operations tooling (IDC/Infra).
Define team structure, operating norms, governance, and career development across the org.
Manage headcount planning, budget, and OKRs; partner on forecasting with Workforce Strategy and Finance.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners across geographies to deliver globally consistent tooling.
