Meta is seeking an experienced Program Management Manager to lead Fleet Health, Reliability, and Central Engineering tooling teams. You will guide multi‑team managers and senior ICs, own hiring, and align the multi‑year tooling strategy with IDC and Infra long-range plans.

The role requires a proven track record delivering complex programs across engineering and operations, setting OKRs, managing budgets, and driving cross‑functional collaboration—with an AI‑native mindset to scale impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical or product program management delivering value through technology in high-tech operations.
• 4+ years of people management, including managers or multi-team leadership.
• Ownership of a multi-year strategy/portfolio with prioritization under resource constraints.
• Influencing executive cross-functional leadership across engineering and operations.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills under ambiguity.
• Communicating portfolio status and trade-offs to engineers and executives.
• Driving process re-engineering and standards across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Organizational leadership across a multi-team organization.
• Build, lead, and develop a multi-team org including frontline managers and senior ICs.
• Own hiring, onboarding, performance management, calibration, and career development.
• Define team structure, charters, and role scoping as the portfolio evolves.
• Drive clarity on ownership across pods and adjacent teams.
• Set and sustain operating norms, planning cadence, and decision forums.
• Strategy and portfolio ownership for data center tooling aligned to IDC/Infra plans.
• Own multi-year tooling strategy and roadmap for data center operations tooling.
• Own OKRs, prioritization, and trade-off decisions across programs.
• Manage headcount planning, budget, and capacity allocation.
• Partner with Workforce Strategy and Finance on planning and forecasting.
• Establish KPI framework and hold org accountable for tooling success.
• Govern rollout of new systems, change management, and post-launch stabilization.
