Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 10+ years of program management experience in high-tech operations.
• 4+ years of people management, including leading managers.
• Proven ownership of multi-year strategy/portfolio with resource constraints.
• Experience influencing executive cross-functional leadership across engineering/ops.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-team organization of program managers and frontline managers.
• Own hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development across the org.
• Define team structure, operating norms, and portfolio charters.
• Own the multi-year tooling strategy and roadmap for data center operations tooling.
• Drive OKRs, prioritization, and trade-offs across concurrent programs.
