Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate technical experience in a related field.
• 10+ years in technical or product program management with measurable value.

• Ownership of multi-year strategy or portfolio with resource-aware decisions.
• Experience presenting to engineering and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-team program management organization across FORCE tooling.
• Own the multi-year data center operations tooling strategy and roadmap.
• Set operating norms, cadences, and decision forums for the org.
• Manage headcount, budget, and capacity for the portfolio.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with cross-geography teams and execs.
