Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced program management leader to head Fleet Operations, Reliability and Central Engineering (FORCE). You will lead a multi-team organization of program managers responsible for the tooling portfolio supporting global provisioning, deployment, and 24x7 fleet operations in data centers.

You will own the multi-year tooling strategy for IDC and Infra, set operating models, manage OKRs, headcount, and budget, and partner with cross-functional teams across US/EMEA to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate technical experience.
• 10+ years of technical or product program management.
• 4+ years of people management including managers or multi-team leaders.
• Proven ownership of multi-year strategy/portfolio with prioritization under resource constraints.
• Experience influencing executive cross-functional leadership across engineering and operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills under ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-team organization of program managers and frontline managers.
• Own hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development across the org.
• Define team structure, charters, and scope as portfolio evolves.
• Own annual and quarterly OKRs, prioritization, and trade-off decisions.
• Manage headcount planning, budget, and capacity for the org.
• Set the tooling strategy and roadmap for data center operations tooling.
• Ensure tooling integration across EVT, DVT, PVT, and MP hardware development phases.
