Job summary

ADP is seeking a Director of Program Management to lead a portfolio of complex, cross-functional projects within the Global Finance/Quote-to-Cash organization. You will drive delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement at all levels, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes and measurable value.

The role requires strong leadership, change-management capability, and a track record of transforming processes in a Fortune 500–level environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-level programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven track record in delivering on-time, on-budget outcomes.
• Strong change management and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of complex projects across multiple BUs and functions.
• Establish program governance, KPIs, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead a project team, directing priorities and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with Finance/Quote-to-Cash, Sales, Legal and other functions.
• Drive transformation initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
