Job summary

Judge Direct Placement seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead long-range, region-wide initiatives from concept through scaled operations. You will manage all project functions, drive technology upgrades, and coordinate with Global Procurement to ensure successful execution across nine North American distribution centers.

The role requires steering complex manufacturing programs, managing $10M+ budgets, and delivering on schedule with strong stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business with a minimum of 7 years in supply chain role.
• Lean six sigma black belt certification.
• Proven ability to validate projects and drive execution.
• Data-driven decisions with ability to collect data.
• Experience in process design for manufacturing of industrial products.
• Experience in inventory planning.
• Strong experience with process flow analysis and general manufacturing principles.
• Good project management skills: communication, execution and follow-up assessment.
• Proven, positive results with capital planning and budgeting experience with projects >$10M.
• Ability to work in a matrix management environment across multiple cultures.
• Excellent oral and written presentation skills in front of all levels of the organization.
• Knowledgeable in Oracle/ SAP or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year, multi-million operations projects that permanently impact regional operations.
• Coordinate with Global Procurement and Indirect Sourcing to manage NDAs, MSAs, and bid events.
• Budget accountability and monthly reconciliation with finance and controllers.
• Stage-gated management from concept to start-up and hand-offs.
• Lead matrixed teams across Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Provide technical/procedural guidance and drive process improvements.
• Represent the Americas team as a top expert in executing challenging projects.
• Present monthly progress and decisions to the executive team.
