Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Distribution Optimization across North America. This role leads long, strategic initiatives from concept through scaled operations, coordinating across engineering, IT, supply chain and manufacturing teams.

The position supports regional centers and oversees budgets, procurement events, and vendor relationships, with travel as required for implementation and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• BS degree and 7+ years in supply chain or program management.
• Lean six sigma certification or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to validate projects and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year, high-value regional projects from concept to hand-off.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, procurement, and change control.
• Coordinate with Global Procurement, IT, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Maintain budgets of $10M+ and ensure PO process compliance.
• Present monthly progress to executive leadership.
