Job summary

JLL is seeking a Global Engineering Program Manager (P4) to oversee a global asset portfolio, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation. You will define maintenance programs, improve uptime, and drive value-maximizing performance across regions.

You will lead preventive maintenance, work with facilities teams, and optimize processes while coordinating with vendors and clients in a remote, global role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in senior-level IFM hard service delivery roles.
• Subject matter expert in hard services with MEC/critical env systems; deliver complex IFM programs.
• Strong understanding of maintenance operations, compliance standards, and risk assessment.
• Proven track record promoting workplace safety culture.
• Experience with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to analyze data and provide operational insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience identifying capital improvement needs and technical enhancements.
• Knowledge of quality management and audit processes.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to a global portfolio and coordinate with regional account teams.
• Implement and manage preventive maintenance/repair programs with schedules.
• Oversee JLL Mobile Engineering performance and vendor coordination.
• Guide Facility Managers and clients on equipment failure responses.
• Own the MOP process, ensure vendor compliance and client meetings.
