Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Distribution Center Optimization in Dallas, TX. You will lead region-wide initiatives from concept to scaled operations, coordinating with Global Procurement and cross-functional teams to deliver capital projects and process improvements.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relations, driving outcomes for multi-year, high-SKU DC programs and reporting to executives on progress and risks.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business.
• 7+ years in a supply chain role with process design/improvement experience.
• Lean six sigma black belt certification preferred.
• Proven validation of projects and execution leadership.
• Data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-range, region-wide initiatives from concept to scaled operations.
• Manage validation, scoping, scheduling, budgeting and reporting.
• Coordinate with Global Procurement, NDAs, MSAs, and bid events.
• Drive process improvements and supply chain optimization for projects.
• Present progress and decisions to the executive team monthly.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, IT, Supply Chain and Operations.
