Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of related discipline experience or equivalent, with leadership background.
• Experience delivering programs in a global, diverse environment.
• Experience coaching project managers on planning, risk, and reporting.
• Strong strategic and tactical planning for large-scale projects.
• Experience evaluating business cases for major investments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic program and project leadership across Global Operations.
• Develop scalable project management processes and governance.
• Collaborate with ePMO to ensure best-practice governance and reporting.
• Translate strategies into actionable program plans across labs and operations.
• Lead, coach and develop project managers to ensure consistent delivery.
