Job summary

Target is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large development programs from ground-up stores to redesigns and distribution center projects. You will oversee scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors to meet milestones.

The role supports remote and hybrid work arrangements with occasional travel. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in development project management, a four-year degree, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive operational

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in development, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in development project management.
• Knowledge of development processes, standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of store openings, redesigns, layouts and DC development projects.
• Manage scope, schedule and budget across development projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication among store groups, vendors, and contractors.
• Develop and oversee budgets, schedules and performance metrics.
• Screen proposals, support contract negotiations, and approve changes.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to review work and financial plans.
• Ensure delivery within budget while adapting to business needs.
