Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 7+ years in program management.
• Management experience in Technology or Professional Services industry.
• Previous P&L responsibility in a customer service environment.
• Customer Success experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a customer program.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs.
• Directly manage and develop the delivering team.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure program goals are met.
• Address operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Support P&L, revenue, and profit targets under leadership.
