Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Program Director to lead Global Amenity Services governance and performance management.

You will establish a centralized decision engine, align metrics and financial frameworks, and partner across Finance, Sourcing, PMO, Product, and Risk to drive measurable outcomes and transparent reporting. The role requires deep experience in commercial governance, pricing, and enterprise-wide transformation, coupled with strong stakeholder influence and data storytelling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years leading commercial governance and performance management.
• Enterprise-scale operating model transformation across regions/vendors.
• Strong pricing, cost-to-serve, and P&L management.
• Translate complex data into executive-ready insights.
• Influence senior stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Experience defining reporting, dashboards, and data requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and embed a globally consistent KPI and performance governance model.
• Translate strategy into measurable frameworks linking outcomes, roadmaps, and economics.
• Establish and govern golden metrics and data with quality controls.
• Build cost-to-serve transparency and inform investment decisions.
• Lead pricing governance across amenity services with global principles.
• Strengthen vendor governance with standardized KPIs and unit economics.
• Deliver performance narratives and insights for quarterly reviews.
• Create forums for escalation, decision rationale, and timely actions.
• Produce monthly performance packs and anomaly insights.
• Enable data-driven decisions for new launches and ongoing offerings.
• Define the data roadmap and dashboard strategy with Product & Tech.
