Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in performance management, analytics, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with KPI discipline.
• Ability to influence in a matrixed environment across functions and regions.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable reporting and dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish a globally consistent KPI and performance governance model with shared definitions and cadence.
• Translate strategy into measurable frameworks linking service outcomes to roadmaps and economics.
• Define and maintain golden metrics and golden data standards for leadership inputs across regions and vendors.
• Deliver cost-to-serve transparency and insights that inform pricing governance and investments.
• Support pricing governance with decisions balanced by global principles and local market needs.
• Strengthen vendor governance through KPI-driven narratives and benchmarking for reviews and actions.
• Create structured mechanisms to raise standards exceptions and drive timely decisions.
• Produce monthly performance packs and anomaly insights highlighting trends and actions.
• Enable centralized, data-driven decisions for new launches and existing offerings.
• Partner with Product/Technology to define data roadmap and dashboard strategy.
