Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance management, analytics, or business operations across multiple sites.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with KPI discipline and cost-to-serve.
• Ability to influence and align in a matrixed organization across functions, regions and vendors.
• Experience building scalable reporting and dashboards for executive reviews.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for operating reviews and updates.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsabilités

• Establish a globally consistent KPI and performance governance model and cadence.
• Translate strategy into measurable frameworks linking outcomes, roadmaps and economics.
• Define golden metrics and data standards for trusted inputs across regions and vendors.
• Deliver cost-to-serve transparency to inform pricing governance and investments.
• Support pricing governance and vendor economics with measurement and controls.
• Strengthen vendor governance with KPI-driven narratives for quarterly reviews and actions.
• Create structured escalation paths and decision forums for timely outcomes.
• Produce monthly performance packs and anomaly insights with clear ownership.
• Enable data-driven decisions for launches and portfolio optimization.
• Partner with Product/Technology to shape data roadmap and dashboard strategy.
