You will coordinate across engineering, product, controls, and business teams to define scope, milestones, and dependencies, while promoting AI-assisted governance and rigorous data handling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management within a large organization.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and risks.
• Strong executive communication and leadership support capabilities.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and project tracking tools.
• Experience applying governance, controls, and risk remediation in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio-wide controls, governance, risk reporting, and remediation tracking.
• Lead planning and execution for technology programs across Business Banking Technology.
• Develop governance cadences, milestones, and action plans with clear ownership.
• Coordinate AI-assisted program planning while validating outputs and data handling.
• Prepare executive-ready materials and updates for senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, reporting, and controls governance.
