JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Vice President, Program Manager in Global Amenity Services to scale a data-led operating model for governance, performance, and pricing across regions and vendors.

You will standardize KPIs, drive cost transparency, and partner with PMO, Finance, Product/Technology, and regional leaders to deliver trusted, decision-ready insights and monthly packs. This role emphasizes cross-functional influence in a complex, multi-site enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in performance management, analytics, business operations, finance, commercial strategy, or similar roles in complex, multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish a globally consistent KPI and performance governance model with shared definitions and an operating cadence.
• Translate strategy into measurable frameworks linking service outcomes, roadmaps, and economics.
• Define and maintain 'golden metrics' and 'golden data' standards for trusted inputs across regions and vendors.
• Deliver cost-to-serve transparency and insights that inform pricing governance and investment decisions.
• Support pricing governance with global principles and local market insights backed by measurement and controls.
• Strengthen vendor governance through KPI-based narratives, benchmarking, and driver-based insights for quarterly reviews.
• Create structured mechanisms for raising standards, surfacing issues, and driving timely decisions.
• Produce monthly performance packs and anomaly insights with clear owners.
• Enable data-driven decisions for new launches and existing offerings.
• Partner with Product/Technology to define the performance data roadmap and dashboard strategy.
• Drive 'decision hygiene' with clear inputs, ownership, and action tracking.
