• Ten+ years leading commercial governance, standards, decisions, and performance routines.
• Experience transforming enterprise-scale operating models across regions and vendors.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding including pricing, cost-to-serve, unit economics, forecasting, and P&L.
• Ability to translate complex data into executive-ready narratives and recommendations.
• Influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Experience defining reporting and data requirements and scalable dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Strengthen vendor performance governance with standardized KPIs and unit economics.
• Deliver performance narratives and insights for quarterly reviews and actions.
• Create mechanisms for leaders to raise exceptions and drive timely decisions.
• Produce monthly performance packs and anomaly insights with clear owners.
• Enable data-driven decisions for launches and ongoing offerings through governance.
• Define data roadmap and dashboard strategy with Product and Technology.
