RTX is a world‑class aerospace and defense company seeking a Global Patriot Program Cost Analyst (P2) in a hybrid role near Tewksbury, MA. You will provide cost, schedule, and financial analysis to support program execution and decision making.

You will partner on monthly processes (EAC, variance reporting), prepare stakeholder reports, and use SAP or APEX to manage costs. U.S. citizenship is required; relocation is not provided. This role offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with SAP, APEX or comparable tools.
• Experience with cost analysis and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely cost, schedule, and financial analysis to support program execution.
• Partner with program leads on monthly processes, including EAC and variance reporting.
• Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Use Excel, SAP, APEX to analyze costs.
• Balance multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.
• Work on International Sustainment FMS and DCS Programs.
• Weekly reporting and monthly Earned Value cadence.
• Support proposal process as needed.
• Support sales forecasting.
