RTX is seeking a highly capable finance professional to support the Germany Patriot program in a hybrid role near Tewksbury, MA. The candidate will produce Earned Value analyses, variance reporting, and leadership-ready financial presentations, partnering with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting or related field with significant cost controls/forecasting experience, strong communication, and the ability to translate large data into clear insights.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years related work experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to government contractual requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Preparation of Earned Value reporting of cost/schedule and financial analysis utilizing standard company tools and processes.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly variance and data analysis.
• Update financial reports and presentations for program leadership.
• Develop and support EAC/LRE processes and Budget Change Requests; ensure changes are in control systems.
• Support FP&A monthly cadence as needed.
