RTX in Massachusetts is seeking a Program Cost Schedule & Control Analyst to join the Sustainment team on the XBR program. You will lead financial analysts, manage earned value, and develop EACs while ensuring compliance with policy.

The role requires a Bachelor's or advanced degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, plus experience with SAP/APEX and MS Office. Hybrid work arrangement is available and citizenship is required for access to information.

Formación

• Bachelor or advanced degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience with SAP and/or APEX or similar financial systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts.
• Manage earned value and program performance per internal policy.
• Develop Estimate at Completion (EACs) quarterly.
• Interface with PMO and leadership team and ensure policy compliance.
• Support Monthly Forecasts, AOP, and LRP inputs and updates.
• Meet deadlines while handling multiple priorities.
• Analyze data to inform business decisions.
• Prepare finance charts for reviews and reporting.
• Participate in leadership strategy reviews.
• Support proposal development, submittal, and start-up activities.
