Job summary

Tenable is seeking an Operations Analyst to support Worldwide Professional Services Resource Management and Operations. You will analyze and improve the efficiency and scalability of the PS team and deliver critical reports on financial health and effectiveness while optimizing core business processes.

You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting and Digital Solutions to establish policies, manage reporting, and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years of related experience and 2+ years in a services/consulting industry.
• Experience designing business processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to all levels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate data and analytics for the Worldwide Professional Services team.
• Manage revenue recognition process including forecast reporting and month-end fulfillment.
• Identify and suggest PSA tool improvements and automation to improve accuracy.
• Design, manage and improve reporting and analytics around delivery pipeline, backlog, and revenue management.
• Ad-hoc analysis and special projects to optimize the PS business.
