Job summary

GuidePoint Security, a trusted cybersecurity consultancy, is seeking a Professional Services Operations Administrator (Northeast) to join primarily remote work. You will bridge sales, services delivery, and operations, ensuring accurate client requirements, scalable proposals, and standardized service offerings.

Reporting to the regional PSOS Manager, you will operate in Salesforce, manage SOWs and change orders, and drive process improvements with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Services Leadership to maintain and enhance project scoping information
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of client responses and requirements documentation
• Coordinate and manage Statements of Work (SOW), revision requests, and Change Orders with meticulous attention to detail
• Work with the Proposal Support Group for accurate, timely responses to client needs
• Establish consistency and standardization across service offerings
• Work daily in Salesforce.com creating and maintaining Professional Services Opportunities, Cases, Contacts, etc.
• Identify gaps in workflows and recommend actionable improvements
• Perform quality assurance on proposals and project documentation to identify errors
• Serve as a liaison between back-office, sales, delivery teams and other stakeholders
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and communication to ensure exceptional internal customer experience
• Update standard project templates and operational practices with the PSOS Manager
• Maintain accurate estimating data in Salesforce.com and related systems
• Run ad-hoc projects as needed by business
