The role focuses on analyzing and improving operational efficiency and scalability, delivering critical reports on financial health, and optimizing core business processes within Professional Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years of related experience and 2+ years in a services/consulting industry.
• Experience designing business processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data and analytics for the Worldwide Professional Services team.
• Manage revenue recognition and forecast reporting.
• Identify PSA tool improvements and automation opportunities.
• Design and improve reporting around delivery, backlog, and revenue management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting and Business Platforms on shared processes.
