Job summary

Citi is seeking a Production Management Stability Governance Lead (SVP) to drive stability governance initiatives across global platforms. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on data analysis, KPI modeling, and cross-functional leadership to strengthen resilience in production management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in IT governance, production support, or risk management within the financial services industry.
• 3+ years in a senior leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Define, govern, and oversee the strategic reporting framework for monthly stability metrics.
• Model KPIs & SLOs for global stability frameworks.
• Leverage AI and automation to reduce toil and improve efficiency.
• Establish enterprise-wide stability best practices and engineering standards.
• Lead cross-functional analyses to drive preventative and corrective initiatives.
• Govern remediation roadmaps for high-risk systems and mentor engineers.
