Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years with a Master’s; or a PhD with 5 years experience.
• Ability to lift and manipulate weights and work in PPE in cleanroom environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and debug complex electro/mechanical equipment and software.
• Report design, reliability and maintenance issues to engineering.
• Support customer installation and training; present technical findings to customers.
• Travel to customer sites and factories as required.
